Networking

Probiota is more than just a conference. Designed to stimulate conversations between business and academia, scientists and product developers, we’ve built in lots of opportunities for networking and social interaction throughout the programme. All the networking events are included in your delegate place.

Opening reception
At the end of the first afternoon of presentations, meet and mingle with fellow delegates whilst viewing the posters submitted to our Scientific Frontiers session and enjoying refreshments. Selected by our Scientific Committee the posters will present cutting edge findings in the fields of pre and probiotics and microbiome research. Should you be interested in presenting your work the opportunity to submit your abstract is still available – find more information here

Day two evening reception
The highlight of the Probiota social programme, our evening reception on the middle day of the conference offers an opportunity to relax and unwind with your fellow attendees after an exhilarating day of strategic thinking.

Speed networking
Extend your horizons with a series of four minute meetings with your fellow attendees. Introduce yourself to a new contact every time the chimes sound and find out if you’ve got mutual interests that would make a subsequent, more in-depth meeting worthwhile.

Roundtable lunch
Each of our lunch tables on the 14 February will be hosted by an industry expert, who will lead an informal discussion on an industry hot topic. Join the table that suits you best and prepare to share insights and experiences with your fellow delegates (subject to availability).

Networking lunch
On Probiota’s final day, cement new links in your network, discuss the insights you’ve learned from the programme and create lasting connections at our informal networking lunch.
