Networking | Probiota 2019

Probiota is more than just a conference. Designed to stimulate conversations between business and academia, scientists and product developers, we’ve built in lots of opportunities for networking and social interaction throughout the programme. All the networking events are included in your delegate place.

18.10  Welcome reception – 13 February
At the end of the first afternoon of presentations, meet and mingle with fellow delegates whilst viewing the posters submitted to our Scientific Frontiers session and enjoying refreshments. Selected by our Scientific Committee the posters will present cutting edge findings in the fields of pre and probiotics and microbiome research.

11.40 Speed networking – 14 February
Extend your horizons with a series of four minute meetings with your fellow attendees. Introduce yourself to a new contact every time the bell sounds and find out if you’ve got mutual interests that would make a subsequent, more in-depth meeting worthwhile.

12.40 Roundtable lunch – 14 February
Each of our lunch tables will be hosted by an industry expert, who will lead an informal discussion on an industry hot topic. Join the table that suits you best and prepare to share insights and experiences with your fellow delegates (subject to availability).

18.30  Day two evening reception – 14 February
This year the Probiota evening reception is out of this world!  Join us for a journey in to space at the Tycho Brahe Planetarium where you will take in the stars, and network with your fellow delegates. You can take some time to experience the new ‘Made in Space’ exhibition, a story about space, you and where you came from. The planetarium is located just across the road from the conference hotel meaning afterwards you are perfectly located to explore the culture of Copenhagen.

13.30  Networking lunch – 15 February
On Probiota’s final day, cement new links in your network, discuss the insights you’ve learned from the programme and create lasting connections at our informal networking lunch.
