In this role, Len stewards the prebiotic category, and acts as its representative with industry, media, practitioners, regulators and other influencers. He is also currently CEO of Trust Transparency Center, a consultancy focusing on organizational culture, supply chain and growth strategy. Len has been in the healthy lifestyle industry for over 20 years, initially as a cofounder of NPIcenter, (acquired by New Hope). Following that, Len had various roles including digital media director, ingredient portfolio manager followed by international market leadership in Japan, China and India and lastly, Strategic Business Development with Nutrition Business Journal. Len then moved to William Reed Business Media as General Manager North America. He has guided ingredient, supplement and natural products companies globally on the market, growth strategy and supply chain.
