Dr Elisa Salvetti

Post-doctoral Fellow in Food Microbiology, University of Verona & Associate Partner, Microbion

Elisa’s main activity focuses on the comparative genomics of food bacteria to unveil their evolutionary history, pro-technological features and safety-related issues. During her career she has worked in universities and companies based in Italy, Ireland and Denmark. She has published 20 papers and 3 book chapters.
