In our search for this year’s Scientific Frontiers, NutraIngredients once again had two categories for submission – Industry Research and Student-led Research. The Scientific Committee reviewed all submitted abstracts, and the highest rated industry and student abstracts presented their key findings and impacts of their research.

In this session, our winning Start-Ups presented their company before a panel discussion, in which we dove deeper into their visions and their experience as entrepreneurs in this space.
